That is how much I weigh in pounds. So that gives me a target weight of 221 lbs to get to at the end of the year.
However according to various charts and graphs the ideal weight for a person my height and build is around 150 lbs.
Still my target for this year is 100 lbs to lose and that is what I am shooting for. Maybe 150 will be my goal for 2013.
321 is a sobering thought. I am twice the man I am supposed to be. It is the equivalent of carrying a complete person around on my body. No wonder I hurt so much.
Well, now I know where I am starting from and where I need to be. All I have to do is get there.
